bring a tale of the Cherokee tribe, North America, I read these days. It reads:
One evening the old Cherokee was reunited with his grandson to speak about the battle being waged inside people. He said:
"My son, the battle is between two 'wolves', and everyone of us. One of them is evil: anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, lies, pride and ego. The other 'wolf' is good: joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.
The Cherokee elder grandson thought for a minute and then asked his grandfather:
- And which of the two wolf wins?
grandfather, simply replied,
"The one you feed.
